You may request a return under the following conditions.
- The watch you received does not match the quality control images provided before shipping.
- The watch has visible functional issues or manufacturing defects upon delivery.
- You're not satisfied with your purchase or simply changed your mind (please make sure the watch is unused and in its original condition).
All returns must be postmarked within seventeen (17) days of the purchase date and must provide watch photos and videos of functional issues as reference.
All returned watches must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return a watch, please contact customer service via email: [email protected] or WhatsApp to process the return. After placing the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Before your order is shipped, you may cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund. Product out of stock: If the watch you ordered is temporarily unavailable and you choose not to wait or replace it with another model, we will issue a full refund.
